Warranty & Repairs

In the unlikely event that you have received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately by email with details of the faulty item including a picture (within 2 days after receiving your Lovelings). After processing your email & picture we will provide you with a pre-paid returnlabel and 1) repair the item, 2) exchange it against a new one or 3) – in case it is out of stock & can’t be repaired – credit you the purchase amount as soon as possible.

Product care Lovelings Jewellery
Our jewellery is made of sterling silver, which is a soft metal. Please handle your jewellery with love & care. Avoid wearing your jewellery during sleeping/workouts/showers/swimming and avoid contact with perfume/hairspray/makeup or any other chemicals. When not wearing your jewellery, keep them save by storing them in soft cloth or your jewellery pouch.
Your Lovelings may fade, bend and scratch depending on the use and has nothing to do with the quality of the product!

Warranty Lovelings jewellery
All Lovelings jewellery comes with a warranty of 3 months from shipping-date, assuming that you’ve treated your Lovelings as we describe in our productcare. The warranty is not valid if the item shows a defect caused by careless use, (attempted) alterations or any kind or misuse. Getting an allergic reaction has to do with external factors and is therefore not covered by the warranty.

Within this warranty-period we will repair your Lovelings at our expense (if possible) or provide you a new one. Please email us at info@lovelings.nl with your complaint including a picture and we will get back to you as soon as possible with a suitable solution.

Repairservice Lovelings jewellery
Jewellery is delicate and despite your love & care it’s possible you’ll need a repair at some point (especially when you wear your favorite jewellery daily), outside our warranty-period. We advise you to go to your local jeweller as most repairs can be done quickly and at low costs (between € 5,- and € 20,-). But you can also contact us for repairs, which we will bring to our local jeweller and send back to you after payment (repair costs + shipping costs). This may take up to 3-4 weeks. Please note we only offer our repairservice for first time repairs for orders placed no longer than 1 year ago, thanks for understanding.
