Orders & Account
All products in our online boutique are stocked in our own warehouse, so when a product is ‘in stock’, it’s ready to be shipped within 3 businessdays.
Placing your order
The order process on www.lovelings.nl is easy, just follow these steps:
1. Add your Lovelings to your cart, which will remain in your cart for 60 minutes.
2. To finalize your order, go to your ‘cart’ or choose ‘check-out’(top right of page throughout the website). When you want to view your cart first, click ‘proceed to checkout’ on your cart page to proceed.
3. In the one-step-checkout-page you can create an account by following the steps in the form. Fill in at least all the fields with a * so we have all the information needed to process your order. Returning customer? Login and your information from you previous order will automatically appear in the form. Confirm your order by clicking the button ‘Order with payment’ and follow the payment-instructions. You will receive a confirmation email (to the emailadress given at the checkout-page) with an overview of your placed order.
4. Once your order has been shipped to the ‘shipping address’ you’ve provided us, we will email you with a shipping conformation and tracking number. For local delivery: we will contact you within 24 hours to make a delivery appointment.
5. Enjoy your lovely little things, x.
Adjusting your order
Once you confirmed your order with your payment, it’s not possible to adjust your order. If you want to add something to your order, you can always email us and we will try to combine shipping when it’s not in the shippingprocess yet.
If you made a mistake in your shipping address, please reply to your confirmation e-mail within 30 minutes after placing your order. We will confirm the changes. If you want to cancel your order, please reply to the confirmation email within 1 hour after confirmation. Cancellation of your order is free as long as the order has not been shipped yet. Orders that have not been paid for within 5 days, will automatically be cancelled.
Status of your order
If you’ve created an account before placing your order you can check your orderstatus at all times on our website by logging into ‘my account’. Please e-mail us if you didn’t receive a confirmation e-mail and we will check your order.
Using a coupon
When you have a couponcode you can apply the code in your shopping cart ‘view cart’ or at the top of our one-step-checkout-page. If your code is valid, you will see the change in the overview of your ‘order’. Lovelings is not responsible for false or expired coupons. A coupon will not be refunded and is not exchangeable for cash. Lovelings reserves the right to cancel an order in case of fraud or attempt at deception or any other suspicion of illegal activities in connection of using a coupon.
Product out of stock / waitinglist
If a product is out of stock you can subscribe to our waitinglist, which means you’ll automatically receive an email as soon as the product is back in stock! Simply go to the productpage, select the item you want and leave your emailaddress (if this is possible, if we’re not certain we will re-stock an item it just says ‘out of stock’). Don’t wait to long, as many others may have subscribed to the same product ;).
Product backorder / pre-order
If a product is out of stock but new production is on it’s way, you can pre-order the item to make sure you can wear them soon! It says ‘avilable on backorder’ next to the price above the ADD TO CART button. If new stock is uncertain at the moment you’ll see the option to leave your emailaddress for our waitinglist.
