All products in our online boutique are being stocked in our own little ‘warehouse’, waiting to be loved! So when a product is ‘in stock’, it’s ready to be shipped within 1-3 businessdays.

Shipping & Handling

All orders are processed within 24 hours and therefore will be shipped within 1-3 working days after receiving your payment. During busy periods, like National Holidays the handling time may take up to 48 hours. The majority of our shipments are handled by PostNL or DPD. Lovelings is not responsible for any delays at PostNL or DPD.

The Netherlands (delivery between 1-3 businessdays)
€ 4,50 – Postal Mailbox (small flat items, like gift cards, most necklaces, earrings & flat rings)
€ 6,50 – Standard parcel up to 30kg
FREE   – Free shipping on all orders over € 100!

Europe (delivery between 1-10 businessdays)
€ 10,00 – Belgium & Germany standard track & trace parcel (1-3 working days)
€ 14,00 – Europe Zone 1 standard track & trace parcel
€ 19,00 – Europe Zone 2 standard track & trace parcel

Please note: Registered mail is highly recommended when returning your parcel, it’s your responsibility to ensure we will receive your return properly. Keep the return receipt on file in case it get lost!

If – for whatever reason – you need your order asap, please contact us at info@lovelings.nl and we will do our best to make sure you’ll receive your order on time. We cannot make any promises though as we have no influence on the carrier but we will process your order as fast as possible.

Payment methods

At lovelings.nl we provide you with the following payment options:
iDeal, MisterCash/Bancontact, Mastercard, Visa and bank transfer. For Paypal please contact us.

iDeal
iDeal allows you to easily pay for your online purchases in the specific secure environment of your own bank. iDeal guarantees a fast, smooth and direct transaction. For more information: www.ideal.nl. Orders paid with iDeal will be processed within 24hours and shipped within 1-2 working days.

MisterCash/Bancontact
For Belgian customers we offer MisterCash for your payment. There is an additional fee of 1,8% of the total order amount that will be added during checkout. The payment fee will not be refunded on returns.

Sofort banking
For German customers we offer Sofort for your payment. There is an additional fee of 1% of the total order amount that will be added during checkout. The payment fee will not be refunded on returns.

Mastercard/Visa
If you wish to pay with credit card, an additional payment fee of 2,8% of the total order amount will apply. These are the extra costs the credit card company asks for processing the payment. The payment fee will not be refunded on returns.

When you choose bank transfer, you can transfer the order amount within 2 days after you placed your order. Please note that your order will be shipped within 1-2 working days after receiving your payment.

SSL payment security
Our one-step-checkout-page is secured with our own SSL certificate, so your details will be sent to us securely. All your payment information is automatically transferred via an encrypted secured system to the Payment Provider Sisow with the use of their own SSL-certificate.
