Return Policy

No way, want to return your lovely little thing? Are you sure? Please send us an e-mail to info@lovelings.nl & wait for our instructions before you ship your Lovelings back to us (we can provide you a returnlabel for € 5,95).

In the interests of hygiene we do NOT accept returns on pierced jewellery and bikini bottoms. SALE items are final and can NOT be returned. 

Returns
We try to provide you with accurate pictures of our products and we always check your order before shipping them, but it might happen you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with an item, you can return it within the return period of 14 days. First send us an e-mail to info@lovelings.nl as soon as possible and we will confirm your return and provide any necessary information. The costs of returning your order will not be refunded.

The item has to be unused, unworn, unwashed and returned with their original labels attached in its original packaging for a refund. You may inspect the goods carefully. The fall of value as a result of the proper use beyond the careful inspection of the goods, which implicates, that the refunded goods cannot be sold as ‘new’ anymore, has to be reimbursed by the customer.

To successfully complete the return process, please follow the instructions on our return form. You will find the return form with your order. If it’s not enclosed in your package or you lost it, we will send one to print out yourself. Please note that all returned items have to be sent back in one package. We advise you to sent back the package with registered mail. If the goods are used, worn, damaged, incomplete or not been send back in it orginal box then LOVELINGS is not obliged to refund the item(s).

Please note: Registered mail is highly recommended when returning your parcel, it’s your responsibility to ensure we will receive your return properly. Keep the return receipt on file in case it get lost!

Refund
Up to 14 working days may pass between the receipt of the return and the refund procedure. The time period depends upon your particular payment. Once your order has been processed you will receive an email confirmation of your return. The amount of the returned product(s) will be refunded on the account of your original payment method. Please note any shippingcosts & payment fees will not be refunded.

Exchange
We only offer refunds. If you would like to exchange an item, we advise you to return the unwanted item and make a new order for the item(s) or size(s) you prefer.
ps. For some products we offer to re-send the same item in different size/colour without charging extra shippingfees, please contact us first if you’d like to exchange your lovely little thing(s).

Damaged/ Misshipped Items
In the unlikely event that you have received an incorrect order or a defective item, please contact us immediately by email with details and a picture (within 2 days after receiving your Lovelings). After reviewing your email & picture we will take back the item (please wait till we provide you with a pre-paid returnlabel!), exchange it against a new one or – in case it is out of stock – credit you the purchase amount as soon as possible.
