Our jewellery is made of sterling silver, which is a soft metal. Please handle your jewellery with care. Avoid wearing your jewellery during sleeping/workouts/showers/swimming and avoid contact with perfume/hairspray/makeup and any other chemicals. When not wearing your jewellery, store them in a save in a soft cloth or your jewellery pouch.
Your Lovelings may fade, bend and scratch depending on the use and has nothing to do with the quality of the product.
14k gold-plated, gold-vermeil
This ring is gold-plated with 14k gold over silver, which is known as ‘Gold Vermeil’. Which means that the base metal is made of sterling silver and it’s being coated with a layer of 14k gold. Vermeil is hypoallergenic and has a thicker layer of gold than normal gold plating. The gold layer will fade over time, depending on how you care for your jewellery.
In the interests of hygiene we do NOT accept returns on pierced jewellery (earrings).
